If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before the start of treatment. To be fair, we would like to point out that you may be charged a cancellation fee if you do not cancel your appointment within this period. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Patients of all health insurance companies are welcome here - whether they have statutory or private health insurance or a prescription from the Employer's Liability Insurance Association! Please note that members of statutory health insurance funds have to make a co-payment. This amounts to 10% of the treatment fees per prescription plus a €10 prescription fee. We are legally obliged to collect this fee; it is due on the first treatment appointment.
For your first appointment with us, please bring the following with you:
A current and valid prescription
Your insurance card
If available, current medical findings/ X-rays, etc.
Please come to your first appointment about 15 minutes before the agreed time so that we can take care of the organisational matters in advance. This is the only way we can guarantee a smooth procedure.
